The (2 pg pdf file) membership form, may be printed, your details filled in (especially your email ID, Mobile no & current occupation), your signature affixed (3 locations). The completed form alongwith cheque in favor of "VINCENTIAN OLD BOY'S ASSOCIATION" and small (postage size) photograph, may be sent to VOBA, C/o St Vincent's High School, 2005/06, St Vincent's Street, Camp, Pune 411001.
The form and payment ( onetime, lifetime membership fee ) may also be handed over personally in the school office to Mr. Ronnie Pereira during working hours. As soon as the VOBA Membership ID Card is made (within a week), it may be collected from the school office.
